ALA’s flagship program, The Leadership Development Program (LDP), is for “high-potential” managers (defined as one or two levels below the C-suite). Participants in LDP must be nominated by their companies to attend the program.

The Arab Leadership Academy (ALA) has partnered with Linkage, Inc., the world’s foremost provider of leadership and organization development solutions, to deliver the most distinctive, comprehensive, and fully integrated public leadership development experience ever conducted in the Arab world.

ALA’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is closely modeled after Linkage’s Global Institute for Leadership Development (GILD), rated the world’s best leadership development experience by Halics magazine.

LDP is designed for mid- and upper-middle-level “high potential” managers of Arab world private sector organizations.

LDP is a limited enrollment leadership development experience that combines the world’s best practices to increase the number of qualified leaders in the pool to be considered for your organization’s future senior leadership positions.

LDP consists of 4 Modules spread out over a 5-6 month period. Each Module lasts 4 days (2 work days and 2 weekend days) for a total of 16 instructional days and delivered in different training venues throughout the Gulf.
