ALA’s Emerging Leader Program (ELP) features the same High-Impact Leadership Model as LDP, but with different behavioral skill sets required for success at lower organizational levels. Partnering with a major university, Linkage, Inc., and ALA will design ELP combining the best practices in functional knowledge and skill acquisition with a behavioral skills learning orientation to create a simulated work environment for maximizing learning efficiency, a unique feature of ELP missing in most executive development and MBA programs (see Business Schools: A Study in Failure). ELP will be developed within the next 12-18 months. |
