It was under his direction and guidance as Managing Director of Gulf Excellence Consulting Company (GECC), the company he founded in 2004, that the Arab Leadership Academy was converted from an abstract idea into a concrete reality.

Chief Program Officer

Sa'ad lived the transition from Personnel and Administration departments to HR during his early years of employment. His overall experience today is an accumulation of project work.
